Pursuant to the Fund’s pension law, Article 6243o of Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statues of the State of Texas, Sections 2.01 and 2.02, the Fund shall conduct an election, said position to complete the unexpired term of office ending May 31, 2011, for Active Police Trustee.
